1. About this site
This website is operated by Génesis Fashions, a clothing, footwear, and electronics retailer in Belize City, Belize. By browsing this site or placing an order through it, you agree to the terms below.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in Belize Dollars (BZD). We do our best to keep the catalog, pricing, and stock accurate, but items can sell out or prices can change without notice, if something you ordered is no longer available, we'll reach out before fulfilling the rest of your order.
3. Orders, pickup & delivery
Add items to your cart, choose pickup or delivery, and submit your order. We'll confirm it with you over WhatsApp or phone at the number you provide at checkout. Pickup is available at Barbara Harris St, Holy Emmanuel Blvd (Lake I area), facing the Police Booth, Belize City, Belize during our regular hours (9:00 AM – 7:30 PM). Delivery is available within Belize City for a flat fee, shown at checkout.
4. Payment
We accept cash (on pickup or delivery) and bank transfer. This site does not collect or process card payments, no card details are ever entered here.
5. Returns & exchanges
No Refunds & No Exchanges on Worn Items. Final Sale Clause: all shoe purchases are final once worn outside.
6. Communication
By placing an order, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call about that order, to confirm details, let you know it's ready, or ask a question about your pickup or delivery. We don't use your number for marketing.
7. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to describe and price items accurately and to fulfill orders as placed. To the extent permitted by law, Génesis Fashions isn't liable for indirect losses arising from a delayed, cancelled, or unavailable order, our aim in any such case is simply to make it right with you directly.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version posted here is always the current one.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belize.
